As a Strategy Manager – Europe at Cox Automotive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business across the UK and Continental Europe. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll lead high-impact projects, assess market opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives that fuel business expansion and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Strategic Projects – Define, execute, and drive initiatives that support business growth and diversification.
Be a Trusted Advisor – Collaborate with business leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Market & Competitive Analysis – Identify trends, assess opportunities, and shape our market positioning.
Influence & Inspire – Work cross-functionally with teams across Europe and beyond, guiding strategic planning.
M&A & Business Expansion – Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions that enhance our portfolio.

What You Bring:

🔹 3–5+ years in Strategy or Management Consulting (Automotive experience is a must).
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
🔹 Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
🔹 Experience working across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
🔹 Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
🔹 Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and critical decision-making.
