Ocean Housing is looking for a Neighbourhood Services Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of Neighbourhood Services Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career, with a strong focus on personal development and professional growth.

🔹What You’ll Be Doing:
- Day-to-day management of a team of Neighbourhood Services Officers.
- Direct management of tenancies and resolution of complex cases.
- Driving service improvements and promoting innovation.
- Supporting the Neighbourhood Services Manager in delivering strategic goals.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice, and company values.
🔹What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) – with a desire to continue learning.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing residential tenancies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required.
